How is my balance affected during invoicing?

As you use Contacto services, your balance is continually deducted. In addition to usage charges, charges such as number rentals and taxes are calculated during invoicing and deducted from your balance. As a result, you may notice a large deduction on the first of each month, resulting in a negative account balance. To avoid service interruptions, we recommend charging the account ahead of time or setting up auto-recharge.
