Create Zoho Connected App

  1. Navigate to Settings → Connected Apps

  2. Click on Connect New App


  3. Provide a name and select the App type as “Generic”


  4. The Callback URL will be by default set as Contacto’s URL: https://api.contacto.com/v1/oauth/callback

  5. Provide Zoho’s Auth URL as well as the Access Token URL


  6. Provide the Client ID and Client Secrets issues during the Application registration process



  7. Provide the Scope of the access request
    Desk.tickets.ALL,Desk.contacts.ALL,Desk.Search.READ,Desk.settings.ALL,Desk.basic.READ


  8. Select the type of Client Authentication
    In this case, select “Send as Basic Auth header”



  9. Click on “Connect App”.
