  • How can I create a support ticket?

    Visit the Contacto support portal and click on Create New Ticket.


    This takes you to a page that requests:

    • Your email address
    • A subject line that describes your question or problem
    • A description of the problem or query
    • The query's classification (to be selected from a drop-down menu)
    • Attachments (if any)

    To create the ticket, click Create a New Ticket. A member of our support team will look into your inquiry and get back to you as soon as possible. From the support homepage, click Check Ticket Status to see the status of a previous ticket.


  • Can I change my Contacto AUTH credentials?

    You cannot change your Contacto AUTH credentials.

  • Do you have any documentation/videos on how to set up Contacto?

    Yes, we have a content hub and a video hub that introduce and demonstrate Contacto and show you how to perform certain operations. You can also check our YouTube channel where we have several 'how to' + feature videos.
